About Me

Over the years I have participated in various trainings on all sorts of therapies and have worked with many types of people. While I am of course grateful for the learning, and a more informed clinician because of it, I am often reminded that sometimes the best therapy is about real human to human connection. It’s about being curious and being present. I am amazed and humbled by the stories and experiences that clients are willing to share, and feel grateful to be part of their journey.

I understand the decision to start therapy is not always an easy one, but I feel passionate about helping people understand themselves and their relationships, and strive to create a safe and compassionate space for this process. My goal is for clients to feel both seen and heard. Through connection, growth and healing are possible.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas since 2007. I see clients both in person and virtually.

I am a wife, mother, and human being that has a genuine care for people from all walks of life.
