As research and attention grows around the potential therapeutic use of these substances, unregulated, regulated, and recreational use will also likely increase. With these recent changes, there will be an increased need for harm reduction education and supportive integration.
What is harm reduction and what is integration?
Harm reduction is a treatment strategy not focused on abstinence of substances, but focused on minimizing risks and prioritizing safety. Integration refers to the process of making sense of and understanding a psychedelic experience. My goal is to provide a safe space for those looking for education, preparation or integration of a psychedelic experience. I am currently in training to provide these services with completion expected around late summer of 2026.
