Psychedelic drugs and plants are experiencing a resurgence of attention. Maybe you’ve heard about them in the media and are curious, or perhaps are using these substances on your own. While some of these psychedelics drugs are currently being used in clinical trials and research, most are still illegal in the state of Texas. As research and attention grows around the potential therapeutic use of these substances, unregulated, regulated, and recreational use will also likely increase. With these recent changes, I have noticed an increased need for harm reduction education and supportive integration, and hope to be able to provide these services with the goal of keeping people as safe as possible. I am currently in training to provide these services with completion expected around late summer of 2026.
